Jordan Fletcher

Jordan Fletcher is a real estate developer with broad experience in the marketplace of southern Ontario, especially St. Catharines. 

As the president of Gorge Holdings Inc. for 12 years, Jordan has expanded and improved the company’s portfolio in many Ontario towns, including St. Catharines, Niagara Falls, Welland, Thorold, Niagara on the Lake and London. 

The portfolio of Gorge Holdings Inc. includes a mix of retail and commercial real estate, as well as industrial, warehouse and hospitality properties throughout the Golden Horseshoe area. 

A few of the properties owned and managed by Gorge Holdings include: 

• Tremont Square across from the Pen Centre in St. Catharines

• Industrial Park located off highway 406 in Thorold

• Bellevue luxury apartment rentals in London

• Prestige office building at 40 King St. in downtown St. Catharines 

• A hotel property in the center of the Niagara Falls tourist district

After starting with Gorge Holdings in 2006 as the property manager, Jordan has since developed the company’s diverse portfolio of commercial and residential properties. He has capitalized on promising markets, diversified the company’s portfolio, and leveraged his wide network of contacts to find lucrative properties
